Crowd Rejoices As United States Supreme Court Legalises Same-Sex Marriage

A deeply divided U.S Supreme Court legalized gay marriage on Friday morning in a 5-4 decision,and within hours couples across the country were being issued marriage licenses. The day turned out to be a victorious one for the gay rights movement as the pictures below show them celebrating joyously.

Despite this new law, some states still refuse to grant marriage licenses to Same-sex couples most notably Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana who said his State will not recognize gay marriages at this time.
